We really enjoyed our stay. The home was well maintained and furnished. It was nicely decorated with local art. This location provided easy access to Rockport and surrounding areas. I must say was quite the experience only issue I had was the owner micro management by the host constantly telling me things like if the kids are on the couch make sure to put something over the couch like I know it’s not my house but I left it in the same condition as arrived no where did I break anything or did my kids make a mess I just didn’t appreciate the micro management Response: Very interesting review. This guest booked for 4 people—two adults and two children and ended up requesting to extend his stay two different times and on the second request he accidentally let it slip that he had 4 children with him instead of 2—which is what he placed in his booking request—the cottage sleeps 4 people—period!The Guest also did not observe the No Smoking policy for the cottage. It’s one thing if, I, as the host were to assume these things, but I saw the guest enter the cottage with a lit cigarette with my own eyes when I was at my cottage next-door installing new products that would create a better guest experience, which is always my intention. To me, it is never a surprise when a guest is caught in a lie and doing something that they were not allowed to do in the first place —and the rules and information were very visible in the Airbnb listing… and they choose to ignore the rules…And then they give you a really crappy review!

Our host is so awesome and friendly! I read the reviews before we stayed. And everything is on point, she’s awesome 👏 our stay was great, we love the coziness of our lil cottage. My friends and I rented this place out for a girls weekend. It was exactly what we expected from the pictures and description online. The cottage was very clean, smelt nice and very charming. The location of the pool was with in a short walking distance which was great! Terra was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Clean place, there are other cottages that are rent out or lived in nearby, so if you’re wanting your own property to stay on—keep looking. Despite being 1 of many cottages, we hardly saw any of the people staying. It was a bonus that it was pet friendly. Conveniently located. It was about a 10 min drive from Rockport beach. We had a great time and the host was very sweet and informative! Would definitely come back!

What a great place to relax and unwind! The cottage is new with comfortable furnishings and all the amenities of home. The kitchen is well equipped with full-size appliances, pot and pans, and a coffee maker. It is a good location to explore Fulton, Rockport, and Port Aransas from. Cute cottage, perfect for my little family. We booked last minute and she was able to get the home ready for our check in super quick. It had everything we needed for our stay and Tara was amazing! You can tell she really wants to elevate your experience with all the small touches in the house. Children’s books and snacks, beach toys, beautiful artwork, comfy furniture and beds, and a variety of coffee for this exhausted momma. Great host and her communication was amazing. Very helpful before and during the trip. Parking was tight at our cottage and the pool noise at night was a bit loud. Beautiful cottage and convenient location. We stayed for a long weekend. We were on the beach everyday, enjoyed the shared pool at the end of the day, and slept great in the comfortable beds. This place was everything we needed and more. Things I forgot the cottage had. My kids enjoyed the stay. We enjoyed it so much on the last day we just stayed in. I wish it had a hot tub however this was a family vacation. The pool was a perfect size and was not too busy. It wasn’t too deep and my 7,9,& 10 year old loved it. The housekeepers seriously do an amazing job. Everyone on the property was nice too. I cannot state how amazing this place was and even though they allow pets I could never tell! No pet hair anywhere nor a pet smell at all. We had our grand baby over for a few and the little security screen on the porch was a definite added bonus. We will be back, this place was perfect !! OMWord, where to start! This cottage is top notch! From the moment I opened the door, I felt at home. It was all kozied up with the blinds drawn, living roon lamps on, very pleasing to the eye. Well stocked kitchen. Fantastic coffee pot. Plenty of towels. There's even a basket of goodies for furguests. The hostess, Terra, gets top marks on very prompt response to my questions. This was a very cute and kid friendly cottage. Our two little boys enjoyed the bunk beds and smart tv in the room. The board games were also a great source of entertainment. The space was maximized well so our family was very comfortable and felt right at home. The host made some phenomenal recommendations for activities and food selections, and we partook in all of it without any disappointment. We enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The cottage is absolutely adorable, clean and beautifully decorated. The front porch is very inviting, with plenty of seating. I wanted to sit out and enjoy the outdoor space a bit more, but I think that the road noise was a bit much from the front porch as the cottage is one of the units closer to a highway. But honestly you cannot hear it from inside the cottage. The host was great, she reached out ahead of our stay and was friendly, helpful and responsive. From experiencing the cottage setup it is obvious that the host is very detail oriented and wants to ensure that the guests have a very comfortable stay.

This place is such a gem. If you like to stay somewhere clean with hot showers and cold ac at an affordable price look no further. Terra is a fantastic host who takes great pride in her rentals. You can tell that she has gone to great lengths to make her vacation homes well stocked! The house is in a quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes from the beach. There are several stores nearby, too. This place was listed as kid friendly. (I would say teenagers age.) The square footage was never listed, nor was there a third bedroom with office space as described. Had we been given the details, under 600 square feet and only two bedrooms, we would not have rented it. It was also made to appear that there were only three cottages together. There are 22! We assumed it was a smaller amount of people, which we liked because we had you are an adult, it would be fine for a get away. if you have two teenagers tops, it would be fine. Terra was very good to work with us with modifying our stay. She was responsive and helped us resolve the issue quickly. She was very sweet to us in a very though situation. Response: It is unfortunate that Amelia did not read through the description accurately and thoroughly. It clearly states that the cottage is 594 ft.² and further that it is a two bedroom cottage with one bath and three beds. That’s all I have to say. She was a very nice person. I’m sorry it didn’t fit for her but most other people really enjoy our space. Thank you so much.

Very cute little place. Convenient to Copano Bay and the town of Rockport. Very enjoyable stay.
