The description versus what we stayed in was different. Host stated it was a typo with no mediation. Response: Sarah booked a weekend stay with us but encountered an issue during check-in. We quickly resolved this issue, directed her to the correct unit # and communicated with her via phone and platform messages. After her stay, Sarah informed us that she had booked another unit in the community and requested a full refund. When we asked why she didn't raise any concerns during her phone call or throughout her stay, we pointed out that we are locals and readily available to address any issues. When we denied the refund, she then mentioned bugs and sent us a picture of a June bug on the floor. Please note that Stryker Pest Control professionally maintains our community. We would suggest that other hosts be careful.
Very nice condo with beautiful furniture. The Coffee was really good and tasty. The only thing is that the floors get really slippery if they are wet so be careful. My daughter fell and bruised her back. I would recommend having a mop. I would definitely stay here again.
